For health coverage, call HealthSource RI at 1-855-840-4774, hours: 8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Mail Apply for programs by mail. See applications. Print an application, complete it and send it to us by mail. In Person For health and human service programs: Due to COVID-19, the Rhode Island Department of Human Services (DHS) has closed all customer facing lobby operations.
