Data, Analytics, and Evaluation

The Office of Data, Analytics, and Evaluation (ODAE), an office within the Rhode Island Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), works closely with State agencies and community organizations to identify, understand, ingest, and/or integrate data sets from disparate information systems. The ODAE’s primary objective is to support improvements in the quality, safety, and value of care provided across Rhode Island communities through timely, reliable, and innovative data solutions.

With a diverse range of data sets across multiple information systems, the ODAE has the unique opportunity to tell complex, data-driven stories about the health, wellness, and wellbeing of Rhode Island residents. For authorized data requestors, the office designs and develops data solutions – including targeted queries, customized reports, curated data extracts, and dynamic dashboards – to inform actionable decision-making among state leaders and community voices. ​
