Olmstead Planning: Community Listening Sessions

The Rhode Island Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), in collaboration with our Olmstead Planning consultant John Snow Inc. (JSI), is working with various community organizations to hold community listening sessions in early 2025. The purpose of these sessions is to collect feedback from Rhode Islanders with lived experience to help inform the State’s Olmstead Planning process.

  • Are you a Rhode Islander living with a disability?
  • Are you a parent or caregiver of a person with a disability?
  • Has your child been in residential care, a hospital, or at risk of out-of-home placement?

We would like to hear from you at one of our upcoming community listening sessions. Please see below for a list of upcoming events. Some sessions are virtual, and some are in-person.
