2021 Rhode Island Medicaid Managed Care Member Survey

We need your input to make the Medicaid managed care program better!

The Rhode Island Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) is asking members for their input to make their health care services better. EOHHS is asking current Medicaid managed care members to provide responses to a 3-4 minute survey asking questions about how you feel about your current health care services. All responses are confidential and will not impact your Medicaid benefits.

Survey is intended for those who have managed care benefits from Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island (ACCESS and TRUST), United HealthCare Community Plan of Rhode Island and Tufts Public Health Plans RITogether.

Survey is offered in the following languages to members:

  • English
  • Español (Spanish)
  • Português (Portuguese)
  • عربي (Arabic)
  • ជនជាតិខ្មែរ (Cambodian-Khmer)
  • 中文 (Chinese)
  • Français (French)
  • Kreyòl ayisyen (Haitian Creole)
  • Kriolu (Cape Verdean)
  • Ikinyarwanda (Kinyarwanda)
  • Kiswahili (Swahili)
  • ຄົນລາວ (Laotian)

Members can provide answers to the survey three methods:

  1. Electronic: Online 2021 Medicaid Managed Care Member Survey
  2. Via paper by 1) Scanning and emailing survey back to OHHS.MCOOversight@ohhs.ri.gov
  3. Postal mail to:  RI Executive Office of Health and Human Services,
