Adults With Special Needs

Rhode Islanders age 19 and over with special needs have access to a broad assortment of programs and services. Eligibility for services depends on a number of factors: age, type of disability, a person’s needs and whether the disability will last a short time or be permanent. A person’s income and resources are also used to determine eligibility. Below are links to many of our programs and services:
