Duals Ombudsman

Rhode Island’s Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) contracts with RIPIN to provide Ombudsman services for the Medicare-Medicaid eligible population in Rhode Island. The goal of the Duals Ombudsman is to ensure that members: understand their rights; get help accessing services; and get help resolving complaints. The Ombudsman will work closely with and coordinate with the other agencies that are working with consumers who are eligible for Medicare and Medicaid.
