Federal Poverty Level (FPL) Guidelines and Eligibility Information

The Federal Poverty Level is a measure of income issued every year by the federal Department of Health and Human Services. FPLs are used to determine your eligibility for certain programs and benefits, like Medicaid. FPLs are determined by how many people live in your household and your monthly or annual income. The table below outlines the annual and monthly income limits by household size according to the 2026 FPL guidelines.
