Rural Health Transformation Project Procurement and Transparency

All contracts, including contracts awarded through delegated authority, are awarded centrally in the State of Rhode Island through the Division of Purchases utilizing the platform Ocean State ProcuresTM (“OSP”). With delegated authority, the delegated agency manages the evaluation and tentative award of contracts, although programming work will not begin until issuance of a purchase order through OSP. 

OSP benefits for public-facing users include:

  1. The Bid Board is where the public can view solicitations and award documents.
  2. The Contract Board is where the public can view Master Price Agreement (MPA) contract awards and MPA user guides.

All requests for proposals will be posted on OSP, and we encourage bidders to visit their frequently asked questions page as needed, however, the rural health team is sharing this information as well in the below grid for interested parties’ convenience. This grid will change. Please check back frequently for updates.
